Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CoreStack Digital website, client area, and SEO workspace at corestackdigi.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, paying for a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by CoreStack Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at info@corestackdigi.com. We provide an online SEO workspace: keyword research, site audits, competitor and domain tools, invoices, and related account features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.

3. Accounts and access

After payment, we fulfil the order by opening or updating a client account on this website and sending access details to the email used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Access is delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment. The Service is available at https://corestackdigi.com/login once the account is active.

4. Plans, term, and credits

We sell time-limited workspace plans (for example one month, three months, six months, or one year) and optional add-ons. Each paid plan includes a stated allowance of credits. Credits are prepaid units consumed when you run a tool. Credit costs may differ by tool.

Your plan starts when payment is confirmed and runs for the term shown on your invoice. When the term ends, paid access ends unless you buy another plan. Unused credits from a paid term do not create a right to a refund or to an extended term unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may change prices, credit costs, or available tools for future purchases. Changes do not alter a plan you have already paid for, except where a tool has to be withdrawn for legal, security, or supplier reasons.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless we state another currency. Payment is taken by our payment processor at checkout. A paid invoice, transaction reference, and access email are records of purchase and delivery. You agree to provide accurate billing details.

6. What we do not promise

The Service helps you research and review public web and search data. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or any commercial result. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or estimated. Third-party sources can change or fail without notice. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the Service to break the law; attack, scan, or interfere with systems you are not allowed to test; submit private or non-public URLs in order to access data you have no right to see; share your login or resell access without our written permission; attempt to bypass credit limits, security, or payment; or use the Service in a way that harms other customers or our infrastructure.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and software. You keep ownership of the queries and content you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during a paid term for your own business or internal use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or republish the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Support

Support is available by email at info@corestackdigi.com and through tickets in the client area. We aim to respond within five business days. Support does not include doing your SEO work for you unless we have agreed a separate service in writing.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time. Ending use does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for time or credits already delivered.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms for future use of the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
